4DX towards Goals
4DX apparently was use to align organisation goal.
in traditional way it say you may have many goals, but research shown that if
1. 1-2 goal u will archive 1-2 goal with excellent.
2. 1-9 goal u will archive 1-2 goal with excellent.
3. > 10 goal u will archive 0 goal with excellent.
Therefore, it come towards focusing and minimize the number of your goals.
this is due to the daily work, known as whirl wind will keep on disturbing u from achieving so many goals.
it shorts this is why 4DX exist.
1st Discipline is set ur LAG or known as target.
2nd Discipline is set ur lead which means the way to archive it, it must be measurable.
Example, I must archive revenue from 0 to 100 by x date.
3rd Discipline is set up a score board which is simple and straight forward at one glance u will know if u are going to meet the goals.
4th Discipline is keeping the momentum, such as weekly review.
Example, this week target and review the results of the targets.
Summary
this appear to be a good way to monitor and realized ur goals, when set up goals, make sure it is curial to u. and make it only 1-2. keep score board, weekly progress and monitoring, and congratulation, u will archive it with excellent.

Year 2015 KLCI Trading Statistic
Review on the trading statistic,
overall from Jan~Nov 15 as below
1. Foreign Institute - -18,115.1 M
2. Local Institute - 19,737.3 M
3. Local Retail - -1,633.8 M
Overall foreign and retails appear to be nett seller, but Local institute as nett buyer,
but we always say local institute is market game maker, if so does now consider to be bear market?
keep record first as time will tell about this.

Review on 2014~2015
2014 overall news expected for the GST to be launch on 2014, hence GST related software company stock price was flying high due to extraordinary results on financial report.
Especially GST sector leader IFCA price was up more than 2000% within a year.
2015 overall was export sector stock flying, due to Ringgit depreciation and these earning USD company earning flying due to RM depreciation. Sector leader stock price was flying.
sector glove, furniture , electronic doing export earning was flying due to depreciation.

BAT - 4nov15
BAT
Trade was done on 3nov15 at RM61.88
but on 4nov15 appear bad news on cigarette price up 20-30%.
which means it will bring impact to BAT coming Earning ability.
Given that GST on APR 15 already coz 10% down on revenue.
continuous price up will surely impact on consumer earning.
Current EPS for BAT year 2015
