from history there have been a lot of bear market happen before.

but each time it happen it can also recover back very fast.

it could be either chaos or recover ; as certain everyone will choose recover instead of chaos.

so each time after bear, the market start to recover back.

from statistic October month seems to be biggest drop in the history.

and last picture show VIX index whenever the index is peak means stock market in bear.

on the past 1 month the stock have regain back momentum and current Hang seng Index around 31000. overall is lower than 33000 highest point. depending if the index able to break new high else it shall be either side way or lower low. but higher chance will be moving side way,

on 5 Feb 2018

To record today as the Big drop day.
overall Dows and Hang Seng drop more than 1000 pt.
to verify for future if today is best day to buy in or the down trend is just started.

on 9 Feb 2018

on 9 Feb the index continue to drop from the previous big drop.
so on a single day big drop is high risk to enter while now the index is at history high.
bubble risk is high.

on the chart first below weekly chart it is obviously drop break all recent 20 SMA support line.
moving towards 50 SMA. expect weak rebound and continue fall.

On the sell short can notice on 5 Feb 2018  there is obviously highly % of short sell.
around 16% from previously 13%.
on 9 Feb 2018 the short sell increase tremendous to 18% and amount also break new high. on >200Billion.

On Summary
Bear trend coming bull seem finish after break thru 33,000 pt. dont know how much it will retrace back to. shall quit from market and wait for the chance to come again.

This shall be review again in future.

對于此書所學重點在於開發新地思維方式，主要是價值投資(“护城河”／"安全邊際")。

尤其在衣／食／住／行／方面尋找股票。

要買就買在行業的龍頭股，因為龍頭股往往都有特殊的優勢。

另外就是投資心理學。過去一直沒有重視。

投資心理學包括

展望心理

群眾效應／羊群效應

例子股價在上漲是投資人不願意冒險希望竟快賣出對此主要是心理上感受良好。

但在股價下降是投資人願意冒險不賣出對此主要是心理上感受痛苦不遠承受。

其實股價上下10％都是一樣的,確有不同的感受。

結果好股很快賣出；爛股一直收。導致整體組合虧本。

其實好股上是有原因的，後期再上的機會很大。

在買賣時應考慮考慮

另外就是須要設立目標，須要有明確的目標才可以前進。

目標須要明確，不可象黑暗球場。（在黑暗的球場上如何練習都不會進步的，因為完全看不見，沒有方向）

Securities Account Opening for Hong Kong Jan 2018

On the Trip to hong kong, i have manage to open a securities trading account for hong kong.
as recent performance and future performance of hong kong will be likely better as more china enterprise would be more tend to listed there.

Reason to open account
1. Lower Trading fees.
2. able to apply for IPO
3. Access to more Asia market such as Taiwan,Japan,South Korea.

but i do not realized that Boom did not provide option trading services.

On the selection BOOM was selected for this.

on document require is quite simple just travel document and proof of resident address will be sufficient.

Now pending on the fund transfer and key code for trading only.

AGM - Topglove 2018 - Jan 9

Today AGM was attending late therefore all break fast & lunch not available already.

Door gift as below, similar to last year with own product glove as well.

Some highlights,
1) Chairman wisdom Topglove to be fortune 500 company
2) Topglove future will require organic(expansion) and acquisition to fast growth the company.
3) Year 2018 plan to acquire another 3 company to faster the expansion meanwhile still expand 1-2 factory for production line.
4) Current will continue to expand on nitrile and surgical glove.
5) Future prospect to venture into Industrial glove which is much better margin.

Chairman personal investment on property as he seen current is good time for property market before it recover as this is cycle economy.
