The book have describe much on the path to become millionaire. thru many of current financing instrument.
The path to rich can be similar to above. anyhow is use asset to gain bigger asset not by salary.initial stage shall be more on accumulate on capital gain rather interest and dividend. as this is the only way to speed up model. this is similar to using leverage to buy bond as quote is "leverage today is to deleverage tomorrow"
Above is all the similar investment tools can be found on the market, it is vary and surely there is somethings suits to each individual. but need to understand each of the tools before using it for investment, do not invest as a gamble.

f) Car park and Taxi license

h) Precious metal
1) REITS
Above is those HK REIT available most of it is well known good asset especially Link(0823) which has government as back up as well.
2) Stock
The only good way to earn max. is to buy when fear, but this is rather need to have definite confident on stock or the company when buy on fear.
3) Option
option got 4 way buy and sell.

4) Put Short
need to further study on option as this is extremely good tools to be use.
4) Bond
bond is rather simple, just like borrow money to corporate at a pre fix rate.
just need to monitor on below will do.
Summary
this books tells alot on financing tools available in the market, it is good if you dont have any idea on the tools available in the market. but it is more on briefly introducing if want to drill further in need to explore much more each tools.
anyway i skip on the Forex and Margin parts, as i not really intent to use this tools at the moment.
