This year continue complete those items undone last year 2017 and items if need to remain and add in additional new items.
Action should be align with 3 years plan instead on year on year basis.

2018 items list
Things to be done.
1. Seek hk trading platform to reduce dividend/capital cost / to be done on jan 18.
2. Better in manage property. property management if can find any better method to manage it.
3. Open SGD trading platform consider if to be done this year.
4. Learn skiing / to be do on travel.
5. Manage rental and Tax/ Rental not. Tax rebate considered in 3 years planning.
6. Marriage on 2018
7. Book Review.
8. Attend AGM.
9. Attend option/stock class.
