Things to be done.
1. Seek hk trading platform to reduce dividend/capital cost / to be done on jan 18./done
2. Better in manage property. property management if can find any better method to manage it./not spend enough time on this.
3. Open SGD trading platform consider if to be done this year./ change to use of IB instead.
4. Learn skiing / to be do on travel. / Not done.
5. Manage rental and Tax/ Rental not. Tax rebate considered in 3 years planning.
6. Marriage on 2018/ delay to 2019.
7. Book Review./ As usual.
8. Attend AGM./ As usual.
9. Attend option/stock class./ Not much attend on class in year 2018.

Year 3 non. as not seen significant issue. drop about 5% on efficiency. this year 2018 last 2 month alot of rain monsoon seasson but good is rain at eve time morning still have right sun. overall, generated stable at 800 range, except feb less calendar days.
