Year 5 efficiency drop and require replacement of invertor and maintenance, due MCO only completed the invertor pending maintenance on solar panel. cost RM 8,200 for this maintenance.
Year 6 - did not manage to do solar panel clean up. plan to do in year 7 but not sure how much efficiency will be boost up.
Year 7 - no action done. solar stay as it is, breakeven will happen in year 8, defer 1 year as expected due to break down invertor in year 5.
