Dividend 3 cents, unlike usual dividend payout.
Performance review.
On its 2 Main core biz.
A) Cafe chain apparently weaker due to higher staff cost(Min wages?) and depreciation.( to be check)
B) Coffee Beverage doing well due to local and export sales. this should be due to "OLDTOWN White coffee brand name.
Biz wise was drag down by Cafe chain.
On revenue can see that employee benefit is increase but the depreciation value did not show any big difference. so the much drop in coffee chain should be much due to business nature demand lower instead.
Summary
Overall group performance was drag down by cafe chain instead.
looking for for Power root report. expect will be doing better than old town since it is much more focus on only coffee beverage.
Today , 25 nov 16, price drop 13 cent or 6.4% due to the slightly poor QR. Price at 1.89 as of review.
recently once QR poor results price will drop significant.
