Information from bursa said
a) Payout on PATAMI highest 94% over few years.
b) DY 3.8% compare to KLCI average 3.2% ; HKEX 2.8% ; SGX 3.9% but they are compare with own country currency or interest rate which is about 0.xx%. while Msia is 3-4% instead.
c) ROE - 23% consider quite ok.
d) cost to income ratio about 47%.
e) in march 17 overall ADV is 2.2 B compare to year 16 which is 1.8B.
Summary
This year 2017 with high volume trading bursa should be doing well.
as more trade more income.
But if look at the DY. SGX is comparable much better choice instead. with the country interest rate overall at 0.17%. DY which 3.9% is much great.
Bursa DY 3.8% with FD about 4% is show much less attractive instead.
