Have been over 10+ years never have any car accident, unfortunate it happen along with others things. when car have break and stop while having little jam. car from behind suddenly fly in and bang my car out of sudden heavy damage car in front also damage. a really unfortunate time.

after the accident, no need to blame or what, just remember few things, if small matter pay $ and go. if big damage go report police claim insurance settle. no need argue or fight, it is just a small matter.

What to do when Car accident happen.
1. stop your car and check if everything ok. avoid car burn or blast and injured you.
2. Take Car no. plate of vehicle involve and Road tax and contact person and name.
3. Take picture of the accident, the more the better. but need clear picture.
4. inform all go to report police. and leave.
5. if your car cannot drive, car insurance towing. DO NOT go for those third party workshop, don't know what they may do to your car.
6. once car tow bring to police station. go to lodge a police report. before that will ask you to fill in a form for details. and there get queuing no.
7. After lodge report, proceed to Sargent police for investigation. he will decide whether you fault or others. his report is important as it will determine whether you can claim others insurance and your NCB. If immediately issued compound to you need to pay RM300. and you can only claim your own insurance while burn your accumulate NCB all these years.
8. once report done with Sargent go to take picture for your car then can go home and wait for official police report. normally it will take 14 working day for final report from police.
9. After final report, if you no compound then you can claim others insurance, then workshop and adjuster will make a repair list for you to sign, before proceed for repair. overall its take months time to repair fully. depends on the damages.

Few things referring to car accident.
1. Your car must bring back to workshop to repair prefer your own car manufacture, as they will remain your warranty and repair with original parts, while the pricing is already determine prior with insurance company so less headache involve.
2. if you go to third party, unless you know well, else there is high risk, as they will just do minor repair while claim a lot to earn money.
